An alternative to individual lists, is to browse online websites that categorize, for example, conferences, like Lanyrd. Check out the cheminformatics section, look up speakers at the meetings and their twitter accounts. For example, the 5th Meeting on U.S. Government Chemical Databases and Open Chemistry lists five twitter accounts now, but I expect that to grow.
